DEVELOPING RUGBY COACHES COURSE

North Harbour Rugby held its Developing Rugby Coaches course over the weekend at Long Bay College.

Twenty community coaches from across the province spent the weekend learning the Principles of Rugby and the Coaching Process. Coaches observed two technical sessions from Justin Bailey (LBC Head of Basketball), and Sam Ward (Mitre 10 Cup coach). 

The coaches practised their own coaching throughout the weekend designing and delivering coaching over a staggering 60 coaching sessions.

A big thank you to all the coaches who have given up their time to gain more understanding on 'How to Coach' and 'How we Analyse' the game - Coaches operating in a Climate of Development and Improvement, creating quality experiences for our players.
