A great opportunity has arisen at Harbour Rugby as the Head of Community Rugby Operations
 
North Harbour Rugby was formed in 1985 and encompasses a geographical area that includes 12 rugby clubs and 18 secondary schools within the North Harbour region.

The purpose of the role is:

 

The Head of Operations is to lead and manage HarbOUR Rugby’s operations to facilitate the successful management and administration of the HarbOUR community rugby. 

 

To be considered for this role the person must be a leader to drive the Harbour Way in our community.  This must be backed up by strong personal qualities and a management style that connects, grows & potentiates our community rugby. The person must have at least five years experience in an administrative or operational role. A sports background and health & safety experience would be advantageous.
