Members Corner 28 Sept

Dear Members,

Thanks everyone for your great support this season! The team are determined to get back to the winning ways tomorrow night, and your support makes a huge difference, so please come along and wave that Harbour flag! Just 2 more home games before the finals so it’s critical we maintain as much momentum as possible!

National Charity Round – Special Harbour Jersey

Tomorrow is an extra special night for the Union  as the team  will be playing for their nominated charity, The Tania Dalton Foundation.  A special jersey has been made in support of the Foundation and will be worn with pride.  The jerseys will be available for purchase by silent auction through the night  and will be signed by the player who has worn that jersey in the game.  James Parsons will visit the level 1 lounge immediately after the game where his jersey will be auctioned from his back!  (We will wash it and get the team to sign it before its delivered ).  Please come and see Dave and Faith in the Level 1  lounge during or after the match if you are interested in acquiring  one of these jerseys, the silent auction will close 30 mins after the final whistle and all of the money raised will support the foundation.  Also, for a limited time you can order purchase replica jerseys with $100 from each sale going to the foundation, visit www.harbourrugby.co.nz to pre-order, this closes 15th October so jerseys will be here in time for Christmas.

Carpark Issues

We are  sorry to hear that some members were held up from exiting the carparks last week.  Please be aware it is the policy of the Stadium to lock down carpark A & H  until the pedestrian traffic is cleared. This is a health and safety issue but we accept it must be very frustrating for those who need to get away early.  The Security Staff assure us that as soon as its practically safe they will open the carpark and have promised to put their Senior staff in each carpark at the end of the game this week.  Thanks to all those members who made us aware of the problem.
