North Harbour Rugby Union are pleased to announce that Nick Mulvaney has been appointed as the Head of Community Rugby Operations.
Over the past 12 years he has been in various volunteer roles for the Union and in the community. From a community leadership perspective this includes being the Chairman of the Helensville Rugby Club, COC delegate and the Harbour Junior Rugby Chairman. In doing so, he has also achieved success having received the NHRU Outstanding Contribution to Junior Rugby award in 2013 & 2019; and the North Harbour Volunteer of the Year award in 2017.
Nick has a strong operations, administrations and H&S background having led a distributions company and managed his own business.
It is great to have a person like Nick on board who has established community relationships, a wealth of local knowledge and a strong feel for what it takes to run the community game successfully.
Nick will officially begin when we start back in the New Year.
