VACANCY: PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

A great opportunity has arisen at Harbour Rugby as the Partnership Development Manager.

North Harbour Rugby was formed in 1985 and encompasses a geographical area that includes 12 rugby clubs and 18 secondary schools. Harbour Rugby's QBE Men’s and Women’s teams play in their respective National Premier Competitions.

The purpose of the role is to develop and sell commercial inventory- sponsorship properties, hospitality packages and membership sales.

To be considered for this role the person must be a leader to drive the Harbour Way in our community.  We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in sales and revenue generation- this is a must   We are looking for a strong relationship builder and who can work on their own or part of an integrated community and performance focused team.  It is important to be a "details and execution focused" person with strong organisational and administrative skills. This role is suited to someone who is early in their professional career and hungry to make their mark in the sports sponsorship industry.

 

This role is fixed term/fulltime role.  The remuneration package will consist of a base salary + incentives based on agreed targets.  This will be accompanied by a fully serviced work vehicle.
