2015 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The above is scheduled for Wednesday 30th March 7:00pm in the North Lounge (First Floor) QBE Stadium, Stadium Drive, Albany.

Please find set out below information regarding nominations;

1. Officers of the Union

After 12 years of service Barry Morris has retired from the position of Patron and a nomination has been received for Peter Dolan.    Richard Kidd (currently Vice President ) will assume the role as President and a nomination has been received for John McKittrick for the role of Vice President.

2. Board of Directors

(a) Club Directors

John Morgan has retired and a nomination has been received for Alan Linstrom.

(b) Appointed Directors

As required an Independent Director must retire from office.  The Director to retire is Mike Ridgway.  The Appointments Committee will make  a recommendation  to be considered at the A.G.M.
