Most people are aware there has been mention of significant changes to the way breakdown laws among a few others will be adjudicated this season, at all grades and levels.
There are NO changes or amendments to the law itself – rather the law will be applied a lot closer to how it was written and initially intended to be played.
North Harbour and NZ Professional Referee Brendon Pickerill facilitated a presentation from World Rugby and NZR, complete with excellent video clips and explanations, and answered a few pertinent questions.
