North Harbour Rugby was formed in 1985 and encompasses a geographical area that includes 12 rugby clubs and 18 secondary schools within the North Harbour region. Harbour Rugby’s QBE Mens and Womens teams play in the respective National Premier Competitions.

The Partnership Manager’s role is to lead and manage HarbOUR Rugby’s Community and Commercial Partnership strategy and performance.
They will be accountable for growing and maximising HarbOUR Rugby's ability to provide genuine value through community and commercially-focused partnerships.
This is a hands on role working with our various and valued community and commercial Partners who support North Harbour Rugby’s various Communty & Development Rugby Programs, including our Mens and Womans Representative Team.
To be considered for this role the person must be a leader to drive the Harbour Way in our community. This must be backed up by strong personal qualities and a management style that connects, grows & potentiates people. The person will have an ability to design partnerships that align with our purpose and that drives value for our partners. They will have a talent for prospecting and have a growth mindset mentality to their work. We are looking for a strong relationship builder who has the ability to work on their own or as part of an integrated community and performance focused team.
The preferred specifications are someone with a background in commercial partnership design and delivery, sales, marketing and communications. It is important to be a "details and execution focused" person with strong organisational and administrative skills.
