Starts this Saturday 13th May 9.30am with a festival day at Helensville. Not many provinces offer girls only junior Saturday morning rugby so we are proud to be offering this again for the second year running. This competition has grown from 8 teams and one division in 2016 into 2 divisions and 17 teams this year! This huge growth has allowed us to split into two age groups; Under 9 and Over 9. The Under 9's play Rippa rugby and the Over 9's play a progressive version of the game called Quick Rip which introduces lineouts, scrums and kicking into the non-contact version of the grade. We have Hibiscus players attending the festival who will warm all the players up, ref some of the games, and hand out some giveaways and lollies at the end of the games.
