Harbour Rugby is focusing on a Climate of Development in our Junior Rugby Programs.
Kids want to have a fun experience when participating in their sport of choice, learn new skills and be with their mates. North Harbour Rugby is recognising the motivation of its participants. We have designed a Rugby Experience that will Inspire, Connect and Empower all 12/13 year olds and create positive Rugby Experiences.
The North Harbour Rugby Junior Development Experience is open to all NHR Club J1 and J2 players who are registered. The program vision is to create a Rugby Memory through a fun environment that includes challenges, teamwork, skill development, and playing Rugby.
The experience will provide opportunities for participants to personally develop and extend their technical and tactical skills plus their confidence. It will also promote play situations that encourages decision-making and problem-solving skills.
