More 2015 Representative Coaches required

Due to an increase in the Representative programme in 2015, North Harbour Rugby are seeking applications for the following Representative team Coaches:

• Head Coach– U16 Cardinal
• Head Coach - U16 White
• Head Coach – U14 White
• Head Coach - U85 kg

The successful applicant will have a record of achievement and knowledge in the following areas:

• Coach Experience at either senior or teenage/secondary school level
• Strong knowledge and experience coaching technical / tactical aspects
• Excellent ability to lead and plan an effective representative campaign
• Proven leadership qualities
• Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to view matches across the season for Talent Identification purposes
• Ideally NZRU Level 2 (DRC) coaching qualification or NZR “Coaching Teenage Rugby” course
