In the under 21’s championship semi top-seed East Coast Bays, fresh from the bye, will host Takapuna - who thumped Silverdale in the final round of the draw in the first championship semi. Kumeu will host North Shore again at Riverhead after going down to Shore in the last game 30-15.
In the first Plate semi Massey will host Silverdale and Northcote will take on Marist at Moire Park in the other Plate semi. Mahurangi won the U21 Bowl trophy.
The very strong North Shore side will host the first U85 Championship semi against 4th place Kumeu. Takapuna will take on neighbours Northcote in the other Championship semi with both teams only separated by 3 match points.
The Plate semi-finals have Mahurangi playing East Coast Bays at home and Silverdale up against the improving Massey side. Helensville won the Bowl final by default over Navy who is struggling for numbers as the fleet sailed but vowing to back in 2017 for another shot.
